Linux/Windows System Administrator

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a motivated System Administrator to join its rapidly expanding team in Lisbon. You will work on international projects, supporting both Linux and Windows environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers and applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, PowerShell and Python.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and monitor containerized workloads using containerization technologies.
• Configure and operate monitoring/observability solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix or Nagios.
• Provide on‑call support and ensure system reliability and security.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
• Fluent Portuguese and at least B2 level English.
• Mid‑level professional comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in international teams.
