Linux System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator who is passionate about reliability, automation, and large‑scale environments. You will join a high‑impact infrastructure team that supports a diverse portfolio of clients in banking, finance, telecom, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and monitor Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS) and related applications.
• Handle system deployment, patching and configuration management using Ansible.
• Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high availability.
• Provide technical guidance to users and IT teams, including on‑call and after‑hours support.
• Document configurations, processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Linux system administration experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• ITIL principles
• RHCSA/RHCE certifications (optional)
