Linux System Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a Linux System Administrator to join our operations team. The role focuses on keeping our infrastructure fast, secure, and reliable across both software and hardware layers.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Unix/Linux systems in a production environment.
- Manage and monitor critical services such as web, email, and databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Support datacenter operations, including installation, replacement, and configuration of equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve security, performance, and reliability of the infrastructure.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of MySQL and LAMP/LEMP stacks.
- Understanding of email protocols, DNS fundamentals, and TCP/IP networking.
- Basic hardware knowledge in a datacenter environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
