About the role

Docify is seeking a Legal & Operations Associate to support its SaaS platform that automates legal and operational workflows for financial‑sector clients. The role blends legal expertise with technology‑driven process optimisation in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining document templates used by clients.
• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Provide responsive guidance to clients through the platform and address ongoing needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and aid the sales team during pre‑sales activities.
• Perform functional testing of the platform and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Participate in operational projects aimed at improving document management and client workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in a law firm, corporate service provider, investment fund, or financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a client‑facing role.
• Interest in technology, legal operations, and process optimisation.
