Legal Counsel Specialist – Global Technology Contracts

About the role
You will act as the primary legal contact for a strategic global technology‑services relationship, supporting the business in moving projects forward while safeguarding legal and commercial interests. Working closely with international Technology teams, you will manage a global Master Services Agreement and its associated local agreements, Statements of Work and amendments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage legal and contractual matters arising under a strategic global technology‑services agreement.
- Draft, review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, Local Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Order Forms and amendments.
- Advise global and local stakeholders on contractual risk, GDPR compliance and supplier‑governance issues.
- Support the resolution of contract queries, performance issues and potential disputes.
- Deliver training on contractual matters and maintain accurate records of signed documentation.
Required profile
- Law degree and qualification as a lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in IT, outsourcing or commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of technology agreements, GDPR and contractual risk management.
- Excellent judgement, drafting, negotiation and international stakeholder‑management skills.
