Legal Counsel (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Porto. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to the Group’s companies, ensuring that legal solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and advice on corporate, commercial, employment and financial law matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts while identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Prepare and monitor corporate documentation for the Group’s entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and support the Group’s compliance programme.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Law degree and active membership of the Portuguese Bar Association.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar legal role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
