Legal Counsel – Commercial & General (Portugal)

About the role

Fever is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its International In‑House Legal Team, focusing on Portugal and supporting operations in Brazil. Reporting to the Lead Counsel Iberia, the lawyer will help the company expand across the Iberian market while ensuring legal compliance and commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and RFP documentation in Portuguese and English.
• Provide proactive legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations teams to deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions.
• Support the company’s regional expansion initiatives in Portugal and the broader Iberia region.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial law and corporate governance.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑moving, international tech environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering practical legal solutions.
