Legal Contract Specialist – Global Client Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Contract Specialist to provide contractual, administrative and legal support for one or more global strategic client accounts. You will help implement global agreements at the local level, coordinate contractual changes and ensure that account teams operate within the agreed governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractual changes, amendments, approvals and supporting documentation across international client accounts.
• Review proposed changes and deviations, assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate protections.
• Support the preparation and implementation of local agreements under global Master Agreements.
• Maintain contractual governance tools such as obligation trackers, historical records, approval logs and contract‑management systems.
• Advise and train account teams on contractual requirements, compliance and effective use of contracts.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law or a recognised paralegal qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in commercial contract management, legal support, paralegal work or contract administration.
• Excellent organisation, stakeholder‑management and communication skills with a business‑focused mindset.
