Learning Support Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis is looking for a Learning Support Officer who is fluent in French to provide administrative assistance for its training and learning programs. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth experience for both learners and training managers while supporting the delivery of high‑quality learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks for training programs, including scheduling, preparing materials, and communicating with participants.
• Collaborate with training managers, internal trainers, and trainees to meet client expectations and ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of training activities and participant progress.
• Use data insights to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support or a strong interest in Learning and Development.
• Fluent in French (mandatory) and at least B1 level English.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
