Learning Support Officer – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Support Officer who is fluent in French to join our HR Shared Services team in Portugal. The role provides administrative assistance for training programmes, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for learners and training managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, preparation of training materials and communication with participants.
• Support training managers in monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to learning activities.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of training activities and participant progress.
• Collaborate with internal trainers, trainees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
• Generate regular reports on activity performance and KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in administrative support or a strong interest in Learning & Development.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and at least B1 level English.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
