Learning Consultant

About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Learning Consultant and help learners succeed with AI‑powered language solutions. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding learners on their language journey and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Respond to learner requests via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Encourage students to use available resources and follow up with calls.
• Optimize internal procedures, improve response quality and gather learner feedback.

Required profile

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills (Turkish mother tongue).
• Previous successful experience in customer support.
• Empathetic, organized, responsive, adaptable and autonomous.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office.
• Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
• Internet savvy.
