Learning Advisor – Arabic & French Speaker

About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Learning Advisor to support Arabic‑ and French‑speaking learners. You will guide new students through their training, ensure they make the most of our language solutions, and help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in goFLUENT products and services to advise new students.
• Support learners throughout their journey by understanding needs and providing effective solutions.
• Communicate with students via phone, email, chat and make proactive calls to motivate usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Suggest process improvements to increase learner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in B2C sales, preferably in education, consulting or services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, French and English.
• Empathetic, organized, adaptable and customer‑oriented.
• Ability to handle complex conversations professionally.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Experience with digital communication tools.
