Lead Supervisor – Retail (Harbor Plaza)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Supervisor to oversee the Harbor Plaza store for Coach. The role combines strong leadership on the sales floor with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and uphold Coach brand standards.
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives, ensuring full operational support for the store.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members, providing feedback and coaching to meet individual and business goals.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and HR guidelines.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes trust, integrity, and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a competitive retail environment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures (up to 50 lb) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong business acumen with a growth mindset and commitment to personal development.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills, able to support the team in the absence of district leadership.

Required skills

• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and maneuver store fixtures.
