Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory, partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client of Syneos Health.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted and non‑targeted physicians and healthcare professionals, and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance product loyalty and build the client’s brands.
• Utilize a defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call, driving positive territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence, and customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic, or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Residence within the assigned territory or its boundaries.
