Lead Product Designer

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Lead Product Designer with a strong technical edge to shape and evolve its Design Systems and Core Platform. You will work at the forefront of building the visual and interaction foundations that power the company’s financial products used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑platform design initiatives and grow the Design Systems team.
• Define vision for internal products and scale them for commercial use.
• Own the strategy and direction of Revolut’s Unified Design System, making it leaner and more scalable.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Brand to deliver system‑wide improvements.
• Establish platform‑wide design principles and tools that support product teams.
• Balance hands‑on design work in Figma with leadership and mentorship.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience designing and leading design systems or platform teams in fast‑paced, cross‑product environments.
• Proven track record of evolving a design system beyond maintenance.
• Experience managing and mentoring designers while remaining hands‑on.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to make solid product and design decisions in ambiguous or complex problem spaces.
