Lead Graphical Designer – AI‑Enhanced Visuals

About the role

Gaman is looking for a Lead Graphical Designer to own its visual identity and translate highly complex concepts into clean, high‑impact visual media. The role combines traditional design expertise with cutting‑edge generative AI workflows to accelerate creative iteration and deliver high‑fidelity assets for technical and marketing purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Gaman’s corporate visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Create 3D asset renderings, pitch decks, technical infographics, and marketing collateral while adhering to strict information‑security protocols.
• Integrate generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) and prompt‑engineering techniques to speed up concept prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to accurately visualise technical products, hardware configurations, and advanced concepts.
• Produce vector illustrations, UI/UX prototypes, motion graphics, and animation as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a technology, engineering or aerospace environment.
• Active citizenship of a NATO member state and ability to obtain mandatory National Security Clearance.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with generative design tools and technical visualisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Experience using 3D rendering packages such as Blender and Keyshot.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Adobe Firefly.
• Competence in generative AI design workflows and visual prompt engineering.
• Skills in vector illustration, corporate branding, UI/UX prototyping, motion graphics and animation.
