Lead Cleaner – Coca Cola Music Hall

About the role

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning operations at the Coca Cola Music Hall. The role ensures that all facility activities follow company policies, maintain safety standards, and provide a clean environment for workers and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate job assignments and guide team members during each shift.
• Supervise cleaning operations when the manager is absent.
• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards, and report any barriers.
• Maintain keys and access cards, report damaged or broken items, and handle additional service requests.
• Monitor job quality, confirm completion with the Area Manager, and provide training for new hires.
• Validate time records for regular and subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals on a weekly basis.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required.
• Minimum of 1 year similar cleaning experience.
• At least 1 year customer service experience.
• At least 1 year lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Operation of specialized cleaning equipment.
• Handling of cleaning chemicals safely.
