Greeter (Full-Time) – San Juan International Airport

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a friendly and efficient Greeter to join its team at San Juan International Airport. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for members arriving by shuttle or bus, helping them navigate the rental car process and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with shuttlers, service agents and managers to maintain proper vehicle supply.
• Welcome members as they exit the bus or arrive on the lot and direct them to the appropriate booth.
• Provide local directions, maps and return instructions when needed.
• Assist members with questions to reduce counter visits and communicate any service issues to management.
• Ensure hangtag information is accurate and maintain a clean Emerald Aisle.
• Thank members for their business and offer upgraded vehicles on request.
• Perform additional customer‑service duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
