Lawyer – Portuguese Immigration & Corporate Law (Full-Time)

About the role

AKSA Capital is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Lisbon office on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on Portuguese immigration matters, especially Golden Visa applications, as well as real‑estate and corporate tax legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end processing of Portugal Golden Visa applications, including preparation, presentation and follow‑up with authorities.
• Liaise with Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA) for case submissions, appointment scheduling, and appeals.
• Provide legal advisory services on Portuguese immigration law and represent clients before administrative bodies.
• Draft, review and execute real‑estate deeds and related transaction documentation.
• Handle corporate legal matters, including corporate tax compliance and venture‑capital fund structures.
• Ensure all activities comply with Portuguese legal and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• LLB (Bachelor’s degree in Law); Master’s or specialization in Immigration/Corporate Law preferred.
• Valid licence to practice law in Portugal.
• Proven track record with Golden Visa applications, appeals and coordination with AIMA.
• Experience in real‑estate transactions and corporate tax matters.
• Strong network with immigration authorities and knowledge of venture‑capital investment structures.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
