About the role
We are looking for a Lawyer / Legal Associate to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role combines legal, regulatory, administrative, and client‑facing responsibilities, supporting international expansion and compliance for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating with Câmaras Municipais, government offices, and other authorities.
- Handling NIF applications and related procedures.
- Supporting company incorporation and establishment.
- Conducting legal and commercial due diligence.
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters.
- Communicating with international clients and authorities.
- Supporting legal and operational matters related to international business.
Required profile
- Registered with the Ordem dos Advogados (OA) in Portugal.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Familiar with Portuguese legal and administrative processes.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Adaptable, curious, and willing to learn.
