Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote (EU)

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join its growing DTC e‑commerce team. Working remotely from anywhere in the EU, you will help design, automate, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with senior staff to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists and segmentation strategies.
• Analyse campaign metrics and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the email marketing calendar to align with brand promotions.
• Work with design and content teams to ensure cohesive, on‑brand email assets.
• Create and customise email templates and layout designs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo’s automation, segmentation, and campaign features.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalisation.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
