Key Account Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Devoteam, you will drive growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships with our most important clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand each client’s unique challenges, and deliver tailored digital transformation solutions that create lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding service portfolios.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, monitoring progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, and represent Devoteam at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of client needs, ability to propose tailored solutions, and track record of achieving revenue targets.
