Junior Software Engineer (AI-First)

About the role

Attune is building an AI‑powered coaching platform that turns conversation data into actionable insights. As a Junior Software Engineer you will work closely with senior engineers and product leads to develop core AI‑driven features and help shape the product from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑powered product features using real user data.
• Support conversation ingestion, analysis, and memory systems.
• Implement UX logic that adapts based on evidence strength and uncertainty.
• Improve reliability, clarity, and trust in AI outputs.
• Iterate quickly by building, testing, and refining features.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and problem‑solving.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and product leads to turn ideas into working software.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate with strong side projects or prototypes.
• Curious, hands‑on, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
• Excited about building real products, not just completing tasks.
• Very comfortable using AI tools as part of daily development workflow.
• Interested in product behavior, edge cases, and system coherence.
• Able to communicate clearly in both technical and non‑technical contexts.
