Junior Sales Representative (B2B)

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will help grow the business by reactivating inactive accounts and uncovering new B2B sales opportunities. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a technology, business, or marketing background who are eager to start a career in B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support efforts to reactivate inactive accounts and reconnect with former clients.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Assist in managing client relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Participate in sales calls, presentations, and follow‑ups with potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, B2B, or customer‑facing roles (internships are a plus).
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to develop negotiation abilities.
• Interest in B2B sales and account management.
• Availability to travel within the Dominican Republic and the Virgin Islands.
• Proactive attitude, organization, and eagerness to learn.
