Junior Sales Developer – Global Luxury Design

About the role

Home'Society is seeking a Junior Sales Developer to drive growth for its luxury interior design platform. You will act as the engine of expansion, turning interest into high‑value sales and extending the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and turn them into high‑potential opportunities for Account Executives.
• Conduct outbound outreach to contacts within the company’s ecosystem to generate new business.
• Maintain ownership of your sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Use telephone as the primary tool to build relationships, conduct consultative conversations and move prospects toward closing.

Required profile

• Strong “hunter” mindset with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ambitious, resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or International Business.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Consultative selling techniques.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital sales tools.
