Junior Sales Developer – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Junior Sales Developer to join BRABBU’s luxury design team. In this entry‑level position you will own the first stage of the sales funnel, qualifying inbound leads and creating new opportunities through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads by phone, assessing readiness and identifying clear opportunities for Account Executives.
• Proactively prospect new clients using BRABBU’s internal network and conduct direct outreach to convert contacts into qualified opportunities.
• Manage and nurture leads in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed and tracking progress.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities with complete background information.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to lead conversion and opportunity creation, maintaining data accuracy.
• Develop deep product knowledge of BRABBU’s luxury design collections to effectively pitch solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a hunter attitude for outbound prospecting.
• Data‑driven approach to prospecting and qualification.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and opportunities.
