Junior Sales Developer – Entry Level

About the role

Maison Valentina is seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Developer to join its luxury design team. This entry‑level position focuses on qualifying high‑value leads and supporting Account Executives in driving business growth across the global market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Receive inbound leads, conduct phone assessments, and identify ready opportunities for Account Executives.
• Strategic Outbound & Portfolio Expansion: Proactively reach out to new prospects and existing contacts, introducing the Maison Valentina brand and converting interactions into qualified opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Nurture leads through the early sales funnel, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Sales Cycle Support: Provide Account Executives with comprehensive background information on qualified opportunities to ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Performance Accountability: Monitor and report on KPIs related to lead conversion and opportunity creation.
• Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of luxury design collections to effectively pitch solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong motivation, results‑driven attitude and a hunter mindset.
