Junior Project Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join KWAN’s Lisbon office in a hybrid model. The role will support the delivery of IT projects by creating detailed plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, defining timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues, managing risks and mitigation actions.
• Control project scope, financials, and profitability.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Ownership, accountability and fluency in English.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
