Junior Project Manager (Data Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data and analytics projects in a fast‑moving environment. The role is ideal for a final‑year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to one year of experience who wants to build a career in project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting data‑driven projects.
• Lead small, well‑scoped initiatives or client workstreams under mentorship.
• Gather and clarify requirements, translating them into clear inputs for execution teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to align business needs with delivery.
• Identify documentation gaps and improve project knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate internal sessions such as Refinement, Retrospectives, and Design Thinking workshops.
• Support project follow‑up by managing scope, validation, risks, and delivery progress.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student, recent graduate, or professional with up to 1 year of experience.
• Background in Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Client‑facing mindset with strong communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and progressively take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or strong willingness to learn.
