Junior Product Marketing Administrator

About the role

Join Workplace Options' newly created Global Product Marketing department as a Junior Product Marketing Administrator. You will help translate global positioning into everyday sales assets, supporting the launch of products and campaigns across multiple markets. This hybrid role offers direct exposure to global strategy, regional execution, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns in various countries.
• Assist with webinars, events, and email campaigns.
• Create sales decks, one‑pagers, and top‑of‑funnel assets aligned with the global narrative.
• Work closely with the internal designer to ensure all assets are on‑brand, on‑message, and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
• Assist Senior Product Marketing Managers in implementing go‑to‑market and campaign plans.
• Perform any additional tasks as required by management.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language is a strong plus.
• Strong writing ability with an eye for clear, compelling messaging.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple asset requests in parallel.
• Curiosity about product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, and how global brands operate locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
