Influencer and Community Brand Manager

About the role

We are building a new Influencer & Community team within our Brand organisation in Lisbon. As the Influencer and Community Brand Manager you will own the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from insight generation to content delivery and performance optimisation, driving brand relevance and measurable impact across P&G’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead locally relevant execution of influencer, KOL and expert strategies in line with regional guidance.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators across micro, macro and celebrity tiers.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, agents and talent partners.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery: briefing, content creation, rollout, budget management, ROI focus and performance analysis.
• Engage audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and turn creator content into ongoing advocacy.
• Monitor sentiment, manage risks and implement escalation protocols.
• Develop community guidelines, response frameworks and drive UGC programmes.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to shape social‑first content strategies and calendars.
• Identify high‑performing content for cross‑channel amplification and support low‑fi, socially native content creation.
• Use social listening and AI tools to generate insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with creator culture and platform dynamics.
• Proven ability to turn content and conversation into growth.
• Strong collaboration skills with Brand, Media and PR teams.
• Comfort with cutting‑edge tools and AI for brand building.
• Budget management and ROI‑focused mindset.
