Junior GenAI Engineer

About the role

As a Junior GenAI Engineer you will work hands‑on to design, build and deploy low‑to‑procode generative AI agents, workflows and AI‑powered applications for our clients. You will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to turn client needs into functional AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the translation of client requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Build complex GenAI solutions, including AI agents and automated workflows.
• Assist with integration of data sources, vector/graph databases and third‑party applications.
• Develop backend and frontend components while leveraging serverless technologies.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs and agent orchestration patterns.
• Basic experience building AI agents, workflows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, serverless computing and GenAI ecosystems such as Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Gemini, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
