Junior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to join PwC Services Portugal’s acceleration centre in Matosinhos. You will work on designing, building and maintaining high‑performance web applications that support PwC Luxembourg’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions under guidance from senior team members.
• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Write and maintain unit tests with Vitest to ensure code reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, task tracking and version control using Azure DevOps.
• Improve code quality through code reviews and tools such as SonarQube.
• Collaborate with backend developers, business analysts, UX/UI designers and product owners.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
