Junior Developer – WebMethods Integration Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Young Graduate Trainee to join our team as a Junior Developer, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods. You will work within a motivated group, helping evolve a large, complex integration ecosystem for major clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integration components and services with WebMethods technologies.
• Support the implementation of new interfaces and workflows on the integration platform.
• Collaborate with senior developers to analyse requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving integration issues.
• Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to best development practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Java or another object‑oriented programming language.
• Familiarity with integration concepts such as APIs, SOA, messaging and ESB.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in WebMethods development.
• Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
