Junior Developer – WebMethods Integration Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Young Graduate Trainee to join our team as a Junior Developer. You will work on a large integration ecosystem, building and maintaining solutions with Software AG WebMethods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integration components and services using WebMethods technologies.
• Support the implementation of new interfaces and workflows within the integration platform.
• Collaborate with senior developers to analyse requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging integration issues.
• Contribute to documentation and follow development best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Java or another object‑oriented programming language.
• Familiarity with integration concepts such as APIs, SOA, messaging and ESB.
• Eagerness to learn WebMethods development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and structured thinking.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, agile‑oriented environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
