About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for our restaurant partners after they sign up. Based in Porto and working remotely, you will help new clients get up and running quickly, ensure they see value from our platform, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new restaurant partners, including account setup, floor‑plan configuration, widget integration and staff training.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, answering questions, sharing best practices and driving adoption of reservations, table‑management, CRM and marketing tools.
  • Monitor account health (logins, reservation volume, no‑show rates) and intervene early to prevent issues.
  • Develop genuine relationships with restaurant owners and managers through proactive, unscripted conversations.
  • Gather product feedback, document it and forward it to Product and Sales teams.
  • Support retention by identifying early warning signs and collaborating on corrective actions.
  • Improve internal processes by updating playbooks, writing knowledge‑base articles and flagging inefficiencies.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client‑facing role (SaaS experience a plus).
  • Based in Porto and fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Passion for hospitality, food or restaurant technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Curiosity about why customers churn and a drive to resolve issues.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets.
