Junior Contact Center Agent – Roadside Assistance (German/English)

About the role

Join a global automotive services leader as a Junior Contact Center Agent providing roadside assistance to customers across Europe. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while delivering safe, professional, and timely support in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and provide roadside assistance solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through product features.
• Analyze and report technical malfunctions.
• Update internal databases with issue details and resolutions.
• Inform customers about new functionalities and follow up on open cases.
• Assist in training new team members when requested.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer care or CSR role is preferred.
• Native‑level German or minimum C1 proficiency.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
