About the role

Join Marsh's Consulting Team in Lisbon, supporting the People and Investments business. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and offers exposure to retirement, HR, and benefits projects.

Key responsibilities

Support and participate in projects across benefits, pension & investments, and human resources lines of business.
Prepare data, presentations, and collect information for client delivery.
Produce reports and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

Degree in Management, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
Fluent English (B2/C1) and native Portuguese.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, dynamic, accountable and able to work flexibly.
