Junior Consultant

About the role

BIP is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join its fast‑growing multinational consulting team. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to develop business strategies and support transformational projects across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to analyse client business challenges and propose strategic solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of organisational transformation plans.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops, gaining early exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the execution of project deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support research, data gathering, and preparation of analytical reports.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field with an excellent academic record.
• Strong business sense, analytical mindset and numerical aptitude.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
