Junior Claims Management Specialist (French/English)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Claims Management Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lisbon. The role supports the Claims Management Lead by processing, analysing and resolving customer claims and deductions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, assign and categorise all incoming claims and deductions from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse claim data, verify accuracy and ensure timely resolution according to service level agreements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claim quality and present findings during Daily Operational Reviews.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, continuous‑improvement initiatives and process standardisation across markets.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to reconcile debit/credit entries and support reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team‑player approach.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas).
• Good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
