Junior Business Manager

About the role

Team IT is looking for a motivated Junior Business Manager to support the growth of its client portfolio in the Information Technology sector. You will work closely with senior managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and consultants to identify new opportunities and help deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and development of the existing client portfolio.
• Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business.
• Assist in preparing and presenting commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition throughout recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute to achieving the team’s business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or related roles (internships valued).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
