Junior Business Management Officer – French Speaker (IT CIO Office)

About the role

The Junior Business Management Officer will join the CIO Office of Natixis in Portugal, supporting the IT function across the Group. Reporting to senior management, you will help ensure operational efficiency by managing resources, tracking time, and overseeing project portfolios for a global user base of around 6,000.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for users worldwide, providing timely support through multiple channels.
• Manage and resolve tickets, performing updates and processes in Saphir Ressource and Activ‑BPCE tools.
• Support time‑tracking, resource management, and project portfolio activities.
• Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of the Activ‑BPCE time‑tracking tool.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a solid understanding of business processes and IT support.
• Fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support users across different time zones.
