Junior Bus Network Planner

About the role

Join Flix’s European Network Planning team as a Junior Bus Network Planner. You will help shape, optimise and expand the FlixBus network, working closely with Business Development, Revenue Management and local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise FlixBus lines in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate network changes, line launches and operational requests.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with business partners and support operational demand.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Analyse network performance and transport demand using multiple data sets.
• Derive data‑driven insights and recommendations to boost growth and service quality.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Management, Geography, Spatial Planning, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• First experience in network or transportation planning, mobility, analytics or consulting is a strong plus.
• Passion for the transportation sector and strong interest in schedule and network planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.
