About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our Innovation team in Oeiras. You will help deploy AI tools across the organization, focusing on knowledge bases, agentic workflows, and business automations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the technical implementation of AI use cases and support cross‑functional teams.
- Build and maintain a solid framework for AI technologies to streamline processes and improve market insights.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprints, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide support to other departments implementing AI solutions.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts such as skills, system prompts, and governance.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Interest in finance or asset‑management topics is a plus.
