Junior Agentic Engineer

About the role

Celfocus Academy is looking for a Junior Agentic Engineer to join a newly created Agentic team. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates and includes a structured three‑month training program before embedding the candidate into real telecom autonomous network projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a formal learning program covering Agentic AI fundamentals, AI‑assisted engineering workflows, and responsible AI usage.
• Work on guided, hands‑on use cases that align with active projects and collaborate with mentors.
• After training, configure and adapt agentic workflows under supervision.
• Automate repetitive tasks, improve delivery workflows, and share best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Basic programming literacy, preferably Python, at an academic or beginner level.
• Ability to read simple scripts and understand basic logic structures (conditions, loops, functions).
• Interest in AI, automation, and intelligent systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or near completion) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related analytical discipline.
• Less than one year of professional IT experience and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to work on international projects and travel when required.
