Junior Access Management Analyst

About the role

Wire IT is looking for a Junior Access Management Analyst to join its hybrid team in Lisbon. You will support clients in managing user access across various systems while gaining exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of user access rights for SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with IT operations to monitor and troubleshoot access‑related incidents.
• Maintain documentation of access policies and contribute to governance reporting.
• Participate in basic project coordination and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field (preferred).
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT operations, access management, or IAM.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and access governance.
• SAP user access administration (a plus).
• VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
