Italian-speaking Recruiter – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

Our client, a global leader in business process outsourcing, is seeking an Italian‑speaking Recruiter to join their team in Lisbon or Porto. You will work in a multicultural environment of over 500 employees from 35 nationalities, helping to attract and integrate new talent.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates using databases, social media, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Establish relationships with department managers to validate hiring needs.
• Prepare and onboard new employees, ensuring full integration.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Required profile

• Italian speaker (C1/C2 level) and English fluency (B2/C1 level).
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, assessments and follow‑up.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and referral programmes.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a community‑building approach.
