Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Italian‑English Customer Service Representative to join Concentrix Lisbon’s remote team. The role allows you to work from home while supporting customers in both languages, provided you reside within the eligible area around our Lisbon office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in Italian and English, answering questions and handling requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Guide customers through their interactions with the company.
• Maintain a friendly, customer‑focused approach.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Work independently while staying connected with the wider support team.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Currently residing in Portugal, within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to processes.
