Italian Customer Advisor - Streaming Platform

About the role

A multinational American company leading the mass media and entertainment industry is looking for Italian speakers to join its new streaming service platform. The role is based in Lisbon and involves supporting viewers by phone and/or chat.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viewers by phone and/or chat on various queries
• Provide account and application support, including software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Give accurate, real-time answers to viewer questions

Required profile

• Native or proficient Italian (C2)
• Passionate about entertainment and media
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit and customer orientation
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
• Positive, can-do attitude; previous customer service experience highly valued
• For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory
