Italian Customer Advisor - Lisbon

About the role

A leading international company in Lisbon is looking for an Italian Customer Advisor to join its team and support globally recognised brands. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver supportive, solution-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by inbound call and inquiry
• Provide professional, friendly and solution-oriented support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and care
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training and resources
• Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations for their needs

Required profile

• EU citizen or holder of a Portuguese work permit
• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 or native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Lives in the Lisbon area
• Previous experience or contact with clients
• Availability to work rotating shifts

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility
